Application Details
Under the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption Notification) 2018 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, an exempt company An exempt company must notify the authorised officer in writing of any fireworks event it intends to execute not less than 14 working days before the date of the fireworks event, or at such later date as the authorised officer may determine (but before the date of the fireworks event)
This application is for the exempt company to submit the notification of the fireworks event to the Authorised Officer.
Documents Needed
- Engagement Letter from the Organiser of the Event
- Letter of no objection from venue owner
- Approval Letters from CAAS, RSAF, PUB and/or any relavent government agencies where applicable
- Site Map and fireworks set up plan
- Safety Assessment
- Any other relavent documents to support the application
