This licence is only for business users with a registered Unique Entity Number (UEN).
Application Details
Under the Arms and Explosives Act, any person licensed to conduct blasting operations shall obtain the approval of the Licensing Officer for a particular blasting operation to take place before commencing the blasting operation
Documents Needed
- Blasting Proposal
- Letter of Appointment from main Contractor / Sub-Contractor
- Site Map / Plan showing exact location of the site
- List of Buildings, Structures and Services located within proximity of the Site and the estimated PPV
- Any other relavent documents to support the application
